Eco-System
The eco-system for the modular CubeCell production line of Kinemation AG, enables new dimensions in the freedom of movement of the product carrier.
We developed systems for automatic infeed and outfeed of product carriers from the B&R ACOPOStrak transport system.
This allows the product carrier to be moved to its destination in a cost-effective and space-saving manner, both inside and outside the production line.

Wir haben das Transportsystem ACOPOSTrak um eine Dimension erweitert. Unser Lift- und Rückführfunktion bringt Ihren Shuttle kosteneffizient an den Startpunkt zurück.

Um die Transportwege auch ausserhalb der Fertigungslinie möglichst effizient zu halten, entwarfen wir ein Viadukt für die Shuttles des B&R ACOPOStrak Transportsystems.
Somit ist es möglich eine Passage für Mensch und Material durch eine lange Fertigungslinie zu schaffen, ohne die Produktion zu unterbrechen.

In order to make optimum use of this space, we developed a solution for machining on a second level. This allows the process modules to be placed not only next to each other but also on top of each other.
The required area can be reduced by a factor of 2.
