In our business location in Flaach, Switzerland, has almost 200 square meters where we fully automatically produce each product in our first class production surroundings and clean room environment in line with ISO class 7 standards. Kinemation AG is certified with ISO 13485.

FS1: Assembly Production Protector
Kinemation AG is building a fully automated Production Line FS1 in order to manufacture protectors and assemblies. After completion of upstream processes such as expanding, punching, piercing or slitting, the materials are joined and then welded or glued. The finished products are then fully automatically checked by a final inspection through the Vision System.

FS2: KSV - Plastic Hose Processing
The second Production Line-FS2 is used to process Plastic Hoses. In this Production Line the hoses are fully automatically cut to the required size and then punched, perforated, slit and/or expanded. This Production Line will be completed by the end of 2020. Further processes are in progress and will be integrated into the Line by mid of 2021.
