Cutting

Tubes are fed using vacuum picking, this ensures precise cutting lengths for all product dimensions.

The vacuum picking system is friction- and slippage-free even for difficult to handle tubes. This prevents squeezing and damaging of the tubes, which can often be a problem with other systems such as belt- or roll-drive feeding.

Thanks to 4-channel cutting, the VTC Base manages to achieve excellent cycle times.

Welding

Hot jaw welding machines (HotJaw Welder) are used for welding different thermoplastic tubes. In this process, the tool, consisting of two open half shells, is heated and precisely closed by means of a parallel gripper. As a result, the welding temperature flows homogeneously into the hose connection to be welded, which starts the welding process.

FLARING

When expanding different thermoplastic hoses, the hose is expanded to give it its shape. In the process, a precisely heated tip is used to deform the hose thermally by temperature and distance. Thus, a wide variety of shapes and geometries can be realized. This is used for threading or centering aids when pushing the hose onto other hoses.

Necking

The necking machine is used for stretching and tapering of plastic hoses.The hose is tapered to a defined diameter by a heated die with a predetermined temperature with a longitudinal movement.
